急性心肌梗塞治疗的进展

Progress in Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

急性心肌梗塞是心内 科急症,有很高的病死率。近年在急性心硬的治疗方面有很大进展,住院死亡率已降至10％以内。本文介绍急性心梗治疗方面的一些进展,特别是目前广泛开展的静脉溶栓疗法,直接PTCA,急诊冠脉搭桥(CABG)及药物治疗等。

Acute my-ocardial in-farction (AMI) is a serious disease with high mortality in cardiology. Recently very great progress is achieved in the therapy of AMl, and the mortality in hospital is markedly reduced to less than 10%. This paper introduces some progress in this field, especiaily currently widely used intravenous thrombolysis, primary PTCA, emergency CABG and drug therapy.
