入境废塑料清洗废水对水环境的影响研究

文章研究入境废塑料加工处理过程对水环境的影响，以建立相应的检验检疫标准，防止含有有毒有害物质的废塑料入境。参考有关国家标准，对入境废塑料清洗废水的化学需氧量、pH值、重金属、半挥发有机物等进行检测分析。废水中的化学需氧量严重超标，检测到我国现有污水排放标准中未明确规定限量的有毒有害物质变（2-乙基己基）酞酸酯。入境废塑料在加工处理过程中对周围的水环境造成了污染，应制定相应标准，加强入境废塑料的检验检疫监管。

To study the impact of imported used plastics on water environment during recychng and reusing, and to establish relevant inspection and quarantine strategies with regard to control and prevention of toxic chemicals carried by imported used plastics. COD, pH value, heavy metal elements, semi-volatile organic compounds and so on were analyzed in wastewater of used plastics during washing according to the reference methods of PRC. COD of wastewater samples were far go beyond the limit of standard. Bis （2-ethyl＆hexyl） phthalate （DEHP）, a toxic chemical, was found in wastewater samples. DEHP hadn＇t been described in current wastewater discharge standard. Surrounding water environment was contaminated by imported used plastics during recycling and reusing. Relevant inspection and quarantine strategies were in urgent, and supervisions of imported used plastics should be intensified.
