摘要
用催化相转化回流法制备了Mn-Zn软磁铁氧体超微粉末。该方法是以氯化铁、二价金属离子(锰、锌、镍)的硫酸盐为原料,在微量相转化催化剂FeSO4的作用下,通过沸腾自流反应获得高性能纳米级软磁铁氧体。用磁滞回线法分析了铁氧体的磁滞现象。用扫描电镜法(SEM)证实了所制备得到的产物为理想的纳米级产品。
Nanometer soft magnetic ferrite powders were prepared by catalytic phase transformation method in hydrothermal condition. With this new method, FeCl3 and MSO4 (M=Zn, Mn, Fe) are main raw materials, and small amount of FeSO4 is used as catalyst of phase transformation. This method can get high capability nanometer soft magnetic ferrite by heat under reflux. The results of SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) indicates the Mn-Zn ferrite was a ideal nanometer product.
