高壓氧對孕鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的影響

摘要 本文讨論高壓氧環境對孕鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的影響,爲高壓氧醫學提供参考依據。将孕鼠每天進行一次高壓氧處理,每次60~80分锺,壓力0.18MPa,檢测孕鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核细胞率,研究高壓氧處理對孕鼠遗傅物赏的影響。结果表明高壓氧處理組與封對照组孕鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核细胞率差异有顯著性(對照组9.75%0SD=±0.96,HBO组12.91%oSD=±2.72,P〈0.01)。超劑量的高壓氧處理可能對孕鼠的遗傅物質造成一定程度的负面影響,提示孕婦在進行高壓氧治療时應注意控制劑量。 This paper has evaluated the affection of the frequency of micronucleus in the pregnant mice bone marrow erythrocyte treated by hyperbaric oxygen. It provides some reference gist for hyperbaric oxygen medicine. We have treated the pregnant mice by hyperbaric oxygen one time every day, 60-80 minutes every time, pressure 0.18MPa, and examined the frequency of micronucleus in the pregnant mice bone marrow erythrocyte, in order to research the affection of the genetic materials in pregnant mice treated by hyperbaric oxygen. The frequency of micronucleus in the treated group is significant different compared with the control group (control group 9.75%0 SD= ±0.96, HBO group 12.91%0 SD= ±2.72, P〈0.01). Perhaps excessive dosage of hyperbaric oxygen can make negative effect to the genetic material in the pregnant mice to a certain degree. It is clue doctor to pay attention to control the dosage when pregnant women treated by hyperbaric oxygen.
