摘要
真菌中所含的天然化合物即丰富又复杂,其中已被动物试验或临床研究证实具有显着生物活性的主要成分有多糖类、三萜类、核苷类、多肽类、甾醇类等多种化合物。尤其是作为真菌细胞结构物质的高分子多糖体在抗病毒、抗肿瘤及抗衰老等方面具有明显的优势,已成为国内外众多学科领域研究的焦点.本文依据衰老机理的学说,查阅了有关药用真菌抗衰老作用的文献,对药用真菌的主要药理作用如延长细胞传代次数、改善机体代谢、改善内脏机能、增强和调节免疫功能等方面进行了叙述,皆在为真菌类药物在保障人类健康与抗衰老方面的研究和开发利用提供参考。
