天然真菌及其发酵制品的延缓衰老作用研究进展

摘要 真菌中所含的天然化合物即丰富又复杂,其中已被动物试验或临床研究证实具有显着生物活性的主要成分有多糖类、三萜类、核苷类、多肽类、甾醇类等多种化合物。尤其是作为真菌细胞结构物质的高分子多糖体在抗病毒、抗肿瘤及抗衰老等方面具有明显的优势,已成为国内外众多学科领域研究的焦点.本文依据衰老机理的学说,查阅了有关药用真菌抗衰老作用的文献,对药用真菌的主要药理作用如延长细胞传代次数、改善机体代谢、改善内脏机能、增强和调节免疫功能等方面进行了叙述,皆在为真菌类药物在保障人类健康与抗衰老方面的研究和开发利用提供参考。 Fungus contained in the natural compounds that is rich and complex, which has been animal testing or clinical research has confirmed that a significant biological activity of a number of major components of carbohydrates, triterpenes, nucleoside, and peptide, steroid and other compounds. In particular, as fungal cell structure of the polymer material and polysaccharides in the anti-virus, anti-tumor and anti-aging, and so has obvious advantages, many subjects in China and abroad have become the focus of research in the field. This paper based on the theory of aging, access to medicinal fungus on the anti-aging effects of literature. Medicinal fungus on the main pharmacological effects such as the extension of the number of cells, improve metabolism, improve the internal organs function, enhance immune function and underway aspects of the narrative in both fungal drugs for the protection of human health and anti-aging research and development and utilization of reference.
