摘要 利用透射电镜封黄颡鱼的精于发生过程中各级生殖细胞的形态结构进行了研究。结果表明:黄颡鱼精子发生的过程与其他硬骨鱼类相似,均经历精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞和成熟精子几个时期。精原细胞分为两种类型,即A型和B型,其中,A型精原细胞又分为A1型和A2型。精子细胞经过变态後成为成熟精于,依据细胞核和细胞质所发生的变化,可将精子形成分为3个时期,即早期、中期和晚期。 The spermatogenesis of Pelteobagrusfulvidraco (Richardson) was investigated by the transmission electron microscope, and the morphological characteristic of every germ cell was observed during the spermatogenesis. The results indicates that the spermatogenic process was like other teleosts, both included following stages spermatogonium, primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatid and spermatozoon. The spermatogonium could be distinguished into two types: A type and B type, and A type could be divided into A1 type and A2 type. The spermatid became spermatozoon through the process of metabola metamorphosis. The spermateliosis could be divided into three stages: the early stage, the middle stage and the late stage according to the change of cellular nucleus and cytoplasm
