马克思的“重新建立个人所有制”,是在劳动者联合体公有制的基础上,确立其中每一成员对生产资料的个人所有权。个人所有制是联合体中每一成员在经济和政治上获得自由的前提和保证。巴黎公社是马克思的“重建个人所有制”的社会雏形。
