在建立诚信社会体系的过程中,教育能够发挥其巨大的、特殊的社会功能。社会成员诚信素质的普遍提高是构造一个高度诚信社会的前提,因此,加强对社会成员的诚信教育势在必行。建立诚信社会,必须强调“教育先行”,这种教育既要宣扬中华民族的传统诚信美德,又要宣扬与社会主义市场经济相适应的新的诚信观念。

In the course of building a credibility society, education can play a significant and special social role. To build a society with high credibility, the premise is the enhancement of all the social members＇ quality of honesty, so it is necessary to strengthen the credibility education. In building a credibility society, we should put education in the first place. The education should not only proclaim Chinese nation＇s traditional virtue of honesty, but also proclaim a new concept of credibility that adapts to socialist market economy.
