摘要
当前,高职教育仍是我国教育的一个薄弱环节。如何实现高职教育从量的扩张到质的提升,是摆在职业教育工作者面前的一大课题。本文以管理学视角,从理念、制度、技术、结构和环境五个方面,阐述高职教育的管理创新,希望对我国高职教育的发展有所帮助。
At present, high vocational education remains a weak sector of education in China. It is a big problem for high vocational educators that how to realize the transformation of expansion in quantity into enhancement in quality in high vocational education. From the angle of management, this paper discusses management innovation of high vocational education in terms of notion, system, technology, structure and environment in the hope that it will do some help to the development of high vocational education in our country.
