农户人力资本投资行为特征分析——以安徽农村为例

Analysis on the Features of Farmers’ Human Capital Investment——Taking Anhui Rural Areas as an Example

从人力资本角度看,导致"三农"问题的深层原因是人力资本投资不足。作为人力资本投资的主体之一的农户在进行人力投资过程中表现出显著特征:投资乏力、投资渠道有限、被动性大于主动性以及投资收益率甚微等等。本文在分析农户人力资本特征基础上,提出了一系列强化农户人力投资行为的对策。

Analyzed from the angle of human capital, the deep cause for the problem of ＂Agriculture, Peasant and Village＂ is the deficiency of human capital investment. Farmers are one of the main bodies of human capital investment and their human capital investment shows the following prominent features： the lack of motivation for human capital investment; limited investment channels; passivity of the investment; low rate of return on investment, etc. Based on the analysis of these features, the paper proposes a series of countermeasures in order to encourage the farmers＇ human capital investment.
