Commercial bribery crime does great harm to people＇s life. The main causes are as follows： incomplete law, slack law enforcement, defective system, weak supervision and the prevailing hidden rules. Therefore, we should take countermeasures against commercial bribery crime by optimizing criminal legislation, applying law strictly, deepening systematic reform, establishing long-effect mechanism, strengthening precaution consciousness, perfecting supervision mechanism, fostering honest and upright culture and purifying social environment.
