摘要
高职学生因心理问题不能正常学习和生活的人数逐年增长,因此,加强对高职学生心理健康教育十分必要。高职学生由于受多方面因素的影响,其心理矛盾和心理问题表现也是多方面的。加强对高职学生的心理健康教育,要特别注意方法和途径,才能收到较好的效果。
In recent years we have seen increasing number of vocational college students who have difficulty in daily study and life because of psychological problems. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the psychological health education on them. Their psychological conflicts and problems embody in many aspects because of different kinds of factors. We should pay special attention to our methods in the psychological health education to produce a better effect.
