摘要
目的:探讨一种安全、有效地肠道准备方法,以增加结肠镜检查的成功率与受检者的依从性,减少并发症。方法:将接受结肠镜检查的200例患者随机分为A组(68例)、B组(73例)和C组(59例)。A组口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂,B组口服硫酸镁,C组口服甘露醇。如遇习惯性便秘者,均提前3d给予缓泻剂,使每天有稀糊状或软便。观察3种不同方法的肠道清洁度、镜检成功率以及不良反应。结果:3组的肠道清洁度满意率均较高,A组为88.24%,B组为91.78%,C组为86.44%。3组均无严重不良反应发生。不良反应发生率,A组为11.76%,B组为24.66%,C组为32.20%。A组,B组和C组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇电解质散剂应用于肠道准备效果满意,不良反应小,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective: To explore an effective and safe method of bowel preparation before colonoscopy and to improve patient tolerance,effectiveness,and acceptability for colonoscopy cleansing.Methods: A total of 200 patients undergoing colonoscopy for routine indications were randomized to 3 groups,Group A was given sulfate-free polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution(SF-PEG).Group B was given MgSO4,while Group C was given Manicol liquid.The day before scheduled colonoscopy,study subjects were allowed a normal breakfast and clear liquids for lunch and dinner.Patient tolerance and various hematological and biochemical parameters were assessed.Results: Physician assessment of colon cleansing showed no differences between those patients.Bowel cleaning rate were 88.24%,91.78%,86.44% in Group A,Group B and Group C,respectively.There no statistical significant difference among the 3 groups(P〈0.05).Group A had less fullness,nausea,vomiting,and overall discomfort compared with both Group B(P〈0.05) and Group C(P〈0.01).There were no clinically significant changes in hematology or blood chemistry associated with either preparation.Conclusions:Sulfate-free polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution is safe and effective.Clinical symptoms from the reduced volume preparation are significantly reduced compared with Manicol liquid and MgSO4.
