自从Sakaguchi首次证实调节性T细胞(regu-latory Tcells,Treg)的存在及功能至今,其一直是免疫领域内的研究热点。Treg能抑制免疫系统对自身和某些外来抗原的应答,在维持机体免疫耐受和免疫稳态方面具有非常重要的作用。现已证实,除了CD4^+Treg外,部分CD8^+T细胞、
