摘要
随着就业压力的增大,高校毕业生就业体系中政府的职能角色问题日益凸现出来。本文以新公共管理理论为逻辑基础,提出政府实现从单一的就业政策制定者向就业体系平衡的维系者转变,是长效缓解高校毕业生就业问题的重要取向,也是对就业市场化规律逻辑终点的回归。
With the increasing pressure for employment,it becomes more and more urgent to fix the government’s function in the employment system of college graduates.Taking NPM（new public management） theory as the logistic basis,this paper thinks that the government should change its role as the employment policy-maker into that as the maintainer for the balance of employment system,which is an important choice to alleviate the pressure in the employment of college graduates for the long term as well as the realization of the rule for employment marketlization.
