摘要
知识共享是知识管理的核心内容。本文阐述了知识共享及其过程；分析了知识共享在实际运行中的障碍； 重点论述了知识共享环境的建设，主要包括信息技术(硬件)的采用和知识共享文化(软件)的建立。
Knowledge sharing is the core content of knowledge management.This paper expounds knowledge sharing and its process,analyzes the obstacles in its application,discusses the establishment of its environment,which mainly includes the adoption of information technology as hardware and the establishment of knowledge sharing culture as software.
