甲状腺机能亢进 ,是临床常见病、多发病。本文对其进行了病因学研究并得出青年女性易患 ,干部发病率较高 ;多因不良情绪、劳累、外感因素诱发或加重 ;好发于春夏两季 ,有一定的家族遗传性 ;临床表现典型 ,TT3、FT3、FT4改变明显 ;中医辨证以阴虚阳亢为主。此文对甲状腺机能亢进症的临床诊治具有重要的指导意义。

Hyperthyroidism is the clinical commonly encountered disease.This article brings up some conclusions after etiological research:young females or cadres are apt to be suffered,the bad emotion,fatigue,external causes can make hyperthyroidism easily appear or worse;the predilection seasons are Spring and Summer,and it is familial hereditary disease;the clinical phenomena are typical,TT 3,FT 3,FT 4 are changed apparently;the syndrome is often ying-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity.This article can give some information about hyperthroidism's clinical diagnosis and treatment.
