摘要
为了应对内外安全的挑战,东盟自成立以来逐步创建了一条维护地区安全的范式,其特点主要表现在:在总体原则上,强调维护地区安全的政治手段;在具体方式上,强调维护地区安全的综合手段;在危机处理上,强调自主和平解决争端。
To meet the challenges of internal and external security problems, ASEAN has gradually established a security maintenance model since its foundation, the main characteristics of which are as follows： using political methods, which is the general principle; using comprehensive methods in specific operation; using peaceful method to solve the confliction independently in dealing with crisis.
