摘要
企业信用机制的建立不能片面地从企业信用的单一视角出发,必须树立科学的发展观,建立“全面、协调、可持续发展”的信用体制。企业信用机制构建路径应从企业外部环境治理入手,从政治、法律、信息平台、中介机构四个方面开展外部治理,以企业内部制度创新为根本,建立企业信用的产权激励制度、公司法人治理的监督制度和企业内部的信用管理制度,形成全方位、多视角、可持续发展的、自我完善的企业信用机制。
When establishing enterprise credit mechanism, we should not consider the aspect of enterprise credit only, but should establish the scientific concept of development to build an ＂overall, coordinated and sustainable＂ credit system. To reach this goal, we should start from the external governance in terms of politics, law, information platform and intermediary agency and at the same time implement internal systematic innovation which helps to form the property rights incentive system, supervision mechanism of legal person governance and internal credit management system so as to establish the onmi-directional, multi-angled, sustainable and self-improved enterprise credit mechanism.
