摘要
法律的不稳定性对一国吸引外资具有相当的负面影响,不少发展中国家为此在本国的外资法中规定了稳定性保证的内容。我国应当借鉴这些国家的做法,在今后外资立法的过程中采取相应的对策。
The instability of law has a bad effect on the foreign investment attraction of a country. In order to reduce such a bad effect, many developing countries establish stability guarantee clauses in their foreign investment law. China should learn from the practice of these countries and take countermeasures during the future foreign investment legislations.
