中国境内世界遗产的保护现状及法律对策

The Present Condition of the Protection for World Heritage in China and Its Legal Countermeasures

到目前为止,我国已拥有世界遗产33项。虽然我国政府非常重视保护各类文化遗产,但是我国在保护世界遗产方面,并不像其他一些国家那样拥有十分成功的经验。由于我国正处在社会主义现代化建设时期,大规模的建设及过度开发正对世界遗产构成威胁,中国境内世界遗产的保护现状并不能令人满意。本文结合国外世界遗产保护之成功经验,提出了加强中国境内世界遗产保护的法律对策。

So far altogether 33 properties in China have been included in the world heritage list. China doesn＇t own much successful experience in protecting world heritage though our government attaches much importance to it. The large-scale construction and over-development China is undergoing in the period of socialist modernization construction create a threat to the world heritage, which is not a satisfactory condition for its protection. Using the successful experience of the world heritage protection abroad, this paper puts forward the legal countermeasures to strengthen protection for the world heritage in China.
