近十年国外遗产旅游研究述评

Study on Heritage Tourism Abroad in the Last Decade

遗产旅游一直是国外旅游研究的热点之一,在旅游学术界有影响力的英文期刊《旅游研究纪事》(Annals of Tourism Research)近十年(1995年——2004年)关于遗产旅游的文献有33篇。本文从需求角度和供给角度概括遗产旅游的含义,遗产的类别,发现文献中的焦点问题主要涉及三个方面:遗产真实性问题、遗产保护问题以及遗产旅游中的全球与地方关系问题。这些研究对我国遗产旅游发展有两点启示:一是要正确认识遗产资源开发与遗产保护的关系,二是要建立有效的遗产资源管理模式,以促进遗产旅游的可持续发展。

Heritage tourism is always one of the hot topics in foreign tourism research. The English periodical magazines Annals of Tourism Research which has the influence in the tourism academic circles has collected 33 literatures about heritage tourism in the last ten years （1995 - 2004）. This article attempts to summarize the meaning of heritage tourism from the demand and requirement of it as well as the classification of the heritage. The author finds out three focal problems in the literatures, that is, heritage authenticity, heritage protection and the global-local nexus in heritage tourism. Of these researches in the literatures, we can find two enlightenments to heritage tourism development in China, one is to recognize correctly the relation of heritage resource exploiting and heritage protection, the other is to build up effective heritage resource management modes in order to promote sustainable development of heritage tourism.
