主要介绍了ZFS7500型液压支架结构件掩护梁侧护板焊后变形的整形过程,重点是整形机的应用较人力整形所提高的工作效率、节省的人力资源和创造的经济效益。
This paper introduces the process how to amend the deformation caused by welding the ZFS7500 hydraulic shield support structure caving shield side guard beam.And it focuses on the comparison that efficiency is improved,human resource is saved and more economic benefits is created by machine compared to manpower.
