摘要
目的:探讨超短期(20m in)臭氧对椎间盘髓核组织的作用及其相关因素。方法:取猪新鲜椎间盘髓核组织,随机分为18组,用不同浓度的臭氧充分接触不同表面积的髓核组织,在接触后第5、10、20m in测量髓核组织与基础质量的差占髓核基础质量的百分比。结果:臭氧浓度、接触面积、作用时间三个影响因素效应显著,与超短期内臭氧对髓核的作用效果密切相关。臭氧浓度与作用时间两者之间、臭氧浓度、接触面积和作用时间三者之间存在交互协同作用。结论:在10m in内髓核质量减少程度与臭氧浓度和髓核接触面积相关。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of oxygen-ozone on intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus tissue and it's related factors in the super-short time(20min). Methods: Fresh pig nucleus pulposus tissue was randomly divided into 18 groups. With different concentrations of oxygen-ozone fully accessing to the different surface area of nucleus quality difference had in original pulposus, 5, 10, 20 minutes later, we measured the percentage that quality of nucleus pulposus. Result: The concentrations, contact area and action time displayed a prominent effect, had a close associativity with the effect of oxygen-ozone on nucleus pulposus. Among the oxygen-ozone concentration, contact area and action time, there were interaction and synergism effect. Conclusion: The decrease extent of nucleus pulposus has a close relation with oxygen-ozone and contact area in 10 minutes.
