胃癌患者胃癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-11和上皮黏附素的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测胃癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-11和上皮黏附素(E-cad)的表达,探讨二者的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,分别检测胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织MMP-11和E-cad表达,探讨不同临床病理特征中的意义及关系。结果胃癌组织中MMP-11阳性率明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,E-cad阳性率明显低于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.000 1),MMP-11和E-cad表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关,二者表达呈负相关。结论 MMP-11和E-cad在胃癌组织中异常表达促进胃癌的发生发展,二者均参与肿瘤进展,术后联合检测其表达可能对判断胃癌患者预后有一定价值。
