p75蛋白与顺铂耳毒性作用的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨神经营养因子低亲和力受体p75在顺铂中毒大鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节中的表达及意义。方法以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,随机分为空白组及给药组,给药组通过腹腔注射顺铂建立活体耳毒性模型,利用免疫组织化学方法测定p75在螺旋神经节中的蛋白表达,利用West-ern印迹检测p75、caspase-3的蛋白表达量,进行直线回归相关分析。结果 p75蛋白在给药后表达逐渐增强,ABR阈值的提高及p75蛋白表达量与caspase-3表达量的变化分别呈正直线相关(r=0.518 42,0.937 86,P<0.05)。结论 p75参与顺铂对耳蜗的毒性作用,介导SGN细胞凋亡。
