阿托伐他汀对脑出血大鼠脑组织病理变化及血浆hs-CRP、HCY水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对大鼠脑出血(ICH)后脑组织水肿、神经细胞凋亡、血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法采用胶原酶注入法建立大鼠ICH模型,干湿重法测定各组脑组织含水量、电镜观察脑组织超微结构变化、放免法检测血浆hs-CRP的水平、ELISA法检测血浆Hcy的水平。结果阿托伐他汀可明显减少大鼠ICH后脑组织含水量,阻断神经元细胞凋亡,降低血浆hs-CRP、Hcy水平。结论阿托伐他汀能明显减轻大鼠ICH后脑水肿,降低hs-CRP、Hcy引发的脑损伤,保护大脑神经元细胞。
