摘要
[目的]探讨嗅鞘细胞静脉移植治疗脊髓损伤的可行性和疗效。[方法]制备Wistar大鼠脊髓半切模型,随机分4组:局部移植组(A)、静脉移植组(B)、D/F12静脉移植组(C)、空白对照组(D)。定期行CBS功能评分及组织学检查,评价脊髓修复情况。[结果]A、B两组功能恢复和组织学改变与对照组有显著差别,A、B两组间无显著差别。[结论]嗅鞘细胞静脉移植可向脊髓损伤部位迁移并修复损伤脊髓,该移植方式即简化了操作,又有较好疗效,具有良好的临床推广和使用价值。
[Objective]To investigate the effect and possibility of spinal cord injury repaired by transplantation of olfactory ensheathing cells(OECs).[Method]Wistar rats with T10 spinal cord hemisection were divided into 4 groups:(1)Injured site transplantation group,(2)vein transplantation group,(3)D/F12 transplantation group,(4)control group.The functional recovery of spinal cord injury was observed with CBS scores at regular time.The tissue sections of each group were abtained at 5 weeks and 10 weeks postoperatively to observe the axon regeneration and the survival of olfactory ensheathing cells.[Result]The experiment showed that rat transplanted with OECs throuth injured site and vein had more improvement than the two control groups.The effect between groups A and B had no significant difference.[Conclusion]The method of treating rat spinal cord injury by transplanting OECs via the vein is simple,and avoids various complications.It is recommended that the method should be widely used in the clinical practice.
