重型颅脑损伤后低钠血症73例诊治分析 被引量:2

摘要 重型颅脑损伤后低钠血症非常多见,甚至出现顽固性低钠血症,其原因复杂且不易纠正.本研究就本院重型颅脑损伤术后低钠血症患者73例,分析其临床特征和治疗效果,总结经验,报告如下.
