消瘀片治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效观察

Clinical Investigation of Xiaoyu Tablet on Treatment of Patients with Carotid Atherosclerosis

目的：研 究消瘀片 治疗颈动 脉粥样 硬化临床 疗效。 方法： 采用 彩色 多普 勒超 声技 术，观 察口服消瘀 片４８ 周后 对颈动 脉粥样 硬化 斑块 的 影响 。结 果：消 瘀 片可 使软 斑 和不 均匀 斑 的斑 块 面积明显缩 小；脂质 代谢和颈 动脉血 流参 数 明显 改善 。结 论：其 疗 效明 显优 于 对照 药山 楂 精降 脂 片治疗组。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Xiaoyu Tablet on carotid atherosclerosis. Methods: Applying the color doppler ultrasound technique to examine the effects of Xiaoyu tablet on treatment of carotid atherosclerosis after patients took Xiaoyu tablet for 48 weeks. Results: Areas of soft and heterogeneous plaques obviously reduce and blood flow parameters of carotid artery were obviously improved as well. Conclusion: These results suggested that Xiaoyu tablet have certain effects on reduction and regression of atherosclerotic plaques,and the effect of Xiaoyu tablet be better than that of Gastrodin lipid reducing tablet.
