银杏叶制剂对Wistar鼠蛛网膜出血保护作用

Effect of EGB on Subarachnoid hemorrhage of wistar rat

目的：研 究银杏叶 制剂（ Ｅ Ｇ Ｂ） 对 Ｗｉｓｔａｒ 鼠 蛛网 膜 出血 保护 作 用。方 法： 采用 蛛网 膜 下 腔出血模型 观察脑 血管流量（ｒ Ｃ Ｂ Ｆ） 体感诱 发电位（ Ｓ Ｅ Ｐ） 和 血浆及 脑组织内 皮素１（ Ｅ Ｆ１） 含 量变 化。结果： Ｅ Ｇ Ｂ 有效 地降低ｒ Ｃ Ｂ Ｆ 下降速 度， 减轻 脑痉 挛 和减 少 Ｅ Ｆ１ 的 增 加。 结论 ： Ｅ Ｇ Ｂ 能由 蛛 网 膜下腔出血 引起的 脑出血损 伤。

Objective: To study the effect of Ginkgo Biloba extract (EGB) on the protection of Subarachnoid hemorrhage of wistar rat (SAH). Methods: The protection was detected by measuring cerebral blood flow(rCBF), Somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and endothelin 1 level in plasma and brain tissue in rats within 24h after SAH. Results: GBE effectively slowed down Velocity of rCBF, alleviated Vasospasm, and cut down increase of ET 1. Conclusion: GBE can relives brain ischemic damange caused by subarachnoid Hemorrhage.
