摘要
目的查明1起166人食物中毒的原因。方法所采集样品参照GB/T4789-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验》等标准进行检验。结果从3份厨工肛拭样品、1份厨具擦拭棉签样品和2份病人肛拭样品中检出致泻性大肠埃希菌,从3份病人肛拭样品、3份厨具擦拭棉签样品和5份留餐样品中检出副溶血性弧菌。结论经现场调查、流行病学分析、临床表现和检测结果确定,是一起由副溶血性弧菌和致病性大肠埃希菌引起的食物中毒。
[Objective]To identify the cause of an food poisoning with 166 cases.[Methods]The detection was based on GB/T4789-2003" Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene" and other standards.[Results]Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli was detected in the rectal swab samples of 3 kitchen workers and 1 copy of kitchen cleaning swab samples and the rectal swab samples of 2 patient.Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in the rectal swab samples of 3 patients and 3 copies of kitchen cleaning swab samples and 5 food samples left.[Conclusion]Through field investigation,epidemiological analysis,clinical manifestations and detection results,the incident is identified as a food poisoning induced by Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
