摘要
目的观察姜黄素对D半-乳糖所致衰老小鼠学习记忆障碍的保护作用。方法 50只ICR小鼠,随机分为5组:对照组,阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型组,姜黄素预处理组、同时处理组和后处理组。采用跳台试验和避暗试验方法,观察姜黄素对AD模型小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。结果行为学试验显示,模型组小鼠潜伏期短,错误次数增多,与对照组比,P<0.05;姜黄素预处理组和同时处理组潜伏期延长,错误次数减少,学习记忆明显改善,与模型组比,P<0.05。结论姜黄素对AD模型小鼠的学习记忆能力减退具有改善作用。
[Objective]To observe the sheltering effect of curcumin on learning and memory impairment of aging mice caused by D-galactose.[Methods]A total of 50 ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,Alzheimer's disease(AD) model group,curcumin pre-treatment group,co-treatment group,post-treatment group.Step down test and step-through test were used to observe the effect of curcumin on learning and memory impairment by D-galactose in mice.[Results]Ethology test showed that the latency period of AD model group was shorter,with increasing number of errors,compared with the control group(P0.05).Compared with AD model group,the latency period of curcumin pre-treatment group and co-treatment group extended,with less errors and improved learning and memory(P0.05).[Conclusion]Curcumin has sheltering effect against the decrease of learning and memory of AD model mice.
