工作场所空气中锑及其化合物的L-半胱氨酸-原子荧光光谱测定法

Determination of Antimony and Its Compounds in Workplace Air by L-Cysteine-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 目的建立原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所空气中锑及其化合物的方法。方法按照《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》的要求进行实验。结果在L-半胱氨酸存在下,方法灵敏度提高,方法检出限降低到0.40μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.0%~4.5%,回收率为93.3%~101.7%。结论方法快速,灵敏,重现性好。各项指标均达到《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中锑及其化合物的检测。 [Objective]To establish a method for determination of antimony in workplace air by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.[Methods]Experiment was carried out according to the requirement of the "Standardization for t Monitoring of Toxic Substances in Workplace Air".[Results]This method was more sensitive in the presence of L-Cysteine.The detection limit of this method reduced to 0.40 μg/L,RSD was 2.0%~4.5%.And the recoveries were in the range of 93.3 %~101.7%.[Conclusion]The method is rapid,sensitive and reproducible.All indexes are in accordance with"Standardization for t Monitoring of Toxic Substances in Workplace Air".It is applicable for the determination of antimony and its compounds in workplace air.
