某医院医务人员3年健康检查结果分析

Results Analysis of 3-year Health Examination of Medical Staff in A Hospital

目的了解北京市海淀区妇幼保健院职工身体健康状况和探讨预防保健措施。方法综合该院2007—2009年的体检结果,找出患病率较高的疾病种类,分析其年度变化趋势。结果 3年体检中高脂血症、高尿酸血症,糖尿病、龋齿患病率差异有统计学意义,有上升趋势;女性乳腺增生检出率分别为48.70%、29.30%、38.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.169,P<0.01)。高血压病、甲状腺结节、甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈防癌细胞学检查中非典型细胞不能除外高度病变,(ASC-H)4种疾病在3年的检查中无差异(P>0.05)。结论单位要加强职工的健康教育,职工要采取有针对性的保健措施,重视自身健康,重点改善生活行为。

[Objective]To understand the physical health status of medical workers in Haidian District Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Beijing City,and explore preventive health measures.[Methods]Based on the health examination results during 2007-2009,the diseases with high prevalence were identified and analyzed for annual variation tendency.[Results]The prevalence rats of hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia,diabetes and dental caries were significantly different between 3 years,with upward tendency.The detection rats of female breast hyperplasia were 48.70%,29.30%,38.11%;the differences were significant（χ2=46.169,P0.01）.Some diseases,such as hypertension,thyroid nodule,thyroid cancer,breast cancer,including atypical cell high-grade intraepithelial lesion（ASC-H） were not significantly different between the 3 years（P0.05）.[Conclusion]It is suggested to strengthen the health education among medical workers,to adopt directional health care measures by themselves,to focus on their own health and improve their living behaviors.
