南通市通州区四安镇2002—2009年血吸虫病监测结果分析

Analysis on Surveillance Results of Schistosomiasis in Si'an Town of Tongzhou District of Nantong City from 2002 to 2009

目的了解南通市通州区四安镇血吸虫病防治效果,掌握血吸虫病螺情、病情,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法 2002—2009年,每年通过春季查螺、综合查病等方法开展监测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 8年来共调查条块2 861个,总面积3 575 690 m2,未发现钉螺;:共查病6 439人,其中原疫区3 903人,小学生816人,外来人口1 720人,未发现血吸虫新感染病人。结论该镇区血吸虫病防治成果显著,但仍应加强监测工作。

[Objective]To understand the control effect of schistosomiasis in Si＇an town of Tongzhou district of Nantong city,learn the epidemic situation and snail situation of schistosomiasis,and provide the scientific evidence for making control measures.[Methods]From 2002 to 2009,surveillance which included snail survey and comprehensive diseases survey was conducted every spring,and the results were analyzed statistically.[Results]2861 blocks with total area of 3 575 690 m2 were accumulatively examined,and no oncomelania was detected.6 437 persons were examined,which 3 903 came from epidemic area,816 were pupils and 1 720 were floating population,and there was no new patients infected with schistosomiasis.[Conclusion]The control effect of schistosomiasis in Si＇an town is obvious,but the surveillance should still be continuously strengthened.
