摘要 目的尘肺病是一种危害较大的慢性疾病,合理地帮助职工进行职工劳动能力鉴定,保障其合法权利极为重要。方法对458例尘肺职工的伤残鉴定中的问题进行回顾性分析,并提出对策。结果对尘肺病诊断及鉴定工作中存在的问题进行分析,理清工作思路,提出了合理化的建议。结论尘肺病的鉴定具有很强的政策性、原则性、责任性和技术性,是一项严肃的工作,对维护社会和谐发展至关重要。 [Objective]Pneumoconiosis is a chronic disease which has the great harm.It is extremely important to help employees conduct reasonable labor ability identification and guarantee their legal rights.[Methods]The problems found in disabled identification of 458 workers with pneumoconiosis were retrospectively analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.[Results]The problems in diagnosis and identification of pneumoconiosis were analyzed,work thinking was organized and reasonable proposals were put forward.[Conclusion]The identification of pneumoconiosis has strong policy,principle,responsibility and technology,which is serious,and it is very important on maintenance of the harmonious development of society.
