沈阳市苏家屯区2006—2009年传染病疫情网络直报质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Direct Network Report on Infectious Diseases in Sujiatun District of Shenyang City

目的掌握沈阳市苏家屯区法定报告传染病疫情网络直报信息综合质量动态,为制定管理办法提供准确依据。方法利用国家《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中质量统计模块中"质量综合评价"中的相关数据,采用Excle电子表格对相关数据进行分析、汇总。结果沈阳市苏家屯区2006—2009年法定报告传染病疫情报告不及时率为0.916 7%,审核不及时率为0.330 6%,无重卡及零缺报,信息综合质量评价指数为0.311 8%。结论报告质量呈逐年上升趋势,及时审卡和查重工作尤为突出。

[Objective]To learn the quality of direct network reports on notifiable infectious diseases in Sujiatun district of Shenyang city,provide accurate basis for making management measures.[Methods]The data from quality statistics module in National Disease Supervision Information Management System were analyzed and summarized by Excel.[Results]During 2006-2009,the rate of failure to timely report on notifiable infectious diseases was 0.916 7%,and the rate of failure to timely verification was 0.330 6%.There was no repeated report card and all the cards were reported.The information comprehensive evaluation index was 0.311 8%.[Conclusion]The report quality had improved year by year,verifying cards and checking repeated cards in time were especially important.
