摘要
目的:介绍一种改进分离血清铜蓝蛋白的方法。方法:利用不连续缓冲体系琼脂糖—淀粉凝胶电泳进行分离,再利用血清铜蓝蛋白催化邻联茴香胺基质来显示酶活性区带。结果:该方法方便,显色稳定,分离效果好。结论:通过对一个Wilson 病家系分析,说明本法有重要的临床价值。
Starch gel electrophoretic method was improved to separate ceruloplasmin.Agarose-starch mixed gel was used with discontinuous buffer system.Its principle is based on serum ceruloplasmin catalyzing O-Tolidine to coloured band.This method is convenient and stable and proved its clinical value by analyzing a family of wilson's diease. [
