摘要
提出了炉卷轧机支持辊辊形设计的理论和方法,并根据韶钢热轧宽板厂的实际轧制工艺情况,开发了3 450 mm四辊炉卷轧机的变接触支持辊辊形VCR,并进行了工业试验。试验效果表明:新支持辊技术明显改善了轧机的板形控制性能,提高了薄规格钢板的横向同板差水平和成材率,工作辊换辊周期延长,消除了轧辊剥落现象。
Based on the theory and method of backup roll on Steckel mill,VCR(Varying Contact-Length Backup Roll) was designed of 3 450 mm four-high mill according to the actual rolling process in Shaogang,,and industrial test has been carried out.The test results show that the new backup rolls improve the shape control performance,increase the transverse thickness deviation and the plate yield,and greatly cut down the spalling of roll.
