摘要 目的:本文着重探讨内源性一氧化氮的合成、生物学特性以及对某些器官系统的生理作用。方法:通过查阅近几年一些医学刊上有关内源性一氧化氮的研究文章,进行分析。结果:内源性一氧化氮主要由血管内皮细胞合成,可使平滑肌舒张,还参与信息传递,并在炎症和自身免疫中起重要作用。结论:内源性一氧化氮作用广泛,参与体内多种器官系统的功能调节并在多种疾病过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective:To review the biological synthesis and Characteristics of endogenous nitric oxide and its physiological functions in certain organs and systems.Method:References concerned were consulted,analysed and synthesized.Results:Endogenous nitric oxide was mainly synthesized by vascular endotheliocytes.It was proved that the nitric oxide could lead to the diastole of smooth muscle,participate in information transmission,but also play an important role in inflammation and self-immune reactions.Conclusion:The endogenous nitric oxide shows varied physiological functions. [
