摘要
目的 探讨中性粒细胞(PMN)膜脂流动性改变与脂质过氧化的关系。方法 采用荧光偏振技术对36 例急性脑梗死患者和24 例正常对照组外周血PMN 膜脂流动性进行了测定。结果 脑梗死组PMN 膜脂流动性较对照组显著下降(P< 0.001),膜脂流动性改变与血浆MDA 水平呈负相关,与血浆SOD 水平呈正相关。结论 PMN 膜脂流动性降低在脑梗死的病理过程中起着一定的作用。
Objective To approach the relationship between alteration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) membrane fluidity and lipid peroxidation. Mothod Fluorescence polarization technique was used to measure the degree of membrane fluidity of PMN in 36 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Results It was found that the membrane fluidity of PMN in cerebral infarction patients was significantly decreased as compared with that of 24 controls (P<0.001),the degree of decrement was negatively correlated with MDA and was positively correlated with SOD. Conclusion These studies indicate that the decrease of membrane fluidity of PMN probably takes an role in pathologic process of the cerebral infarction.
