儿童Ⅳ期神经母细胞瘤手术治疗的效果分析 被引量：3

摘要 神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma,NB）为儿童常见实体肿瘤之一,占儿童恶性肿瘤的8%-12%,占儿童癌症病因的15%,有原发部位隐匿、早期诊断困难、发展迅速、恶性程度高和早期转移等特点。大剂量强化疗、外科手术、放疗联合治疗有助于提高患儿的生存率,但Ⅳ期儿童NB预后仍差。
