骨盆骨折损伤控制的回顾及展望 被引量：20

摘要 骨盆骨折的诊断及治疗在以往几十年间取得了前所未有的进展，挽救了无数患者的生命。但是，继发于高暴力损伤的骨盆骨折，仍是骨科医师面临的棘手问题。骨科损伤控制（damagecontrolorthopedics，DCO）理念对骨盆骨折治疗具有深远的影响。笔者就此进行回顾与展望。
