用乳状液膜法从青霉素发酵液中提取了青霉素G.着重研究了外相缓冲液、膜相有机溶剂、内相Na2CO3溶液的浓度、载体种类及用量、提取时间对提取率的影响,从而确定了各影响因素的最佳值.提取率可达655%.
