弹性髓内钉治疗成骨不全病理性骨折的临床应用

摘要
成骨不全（osteogenesisimperfecta）是一种少见的先天性骨骼发育障碍性疾病，又称脆骨症或脆骨一蓝巩膜一耳聋综合征，发病率为0．0025％～0．005％，主要累及骨骼、肌腱、牙本质和巩膜等部位，本病具有遗传性和家族性，20。2004年6月-2009年6月，我院共收治成骨不全伴病理性骨折7例11肢，均通过手术AO钛制弹性髓内钉固定，疗效满意。现报告如下。
