左室肥厚与心脏事件的相关性研究

A study on the correlation of left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac accident

目的 探讨左室肥厚和心脏事件的相关性。方法 对６８４ 例左室肥厚患者（ＬＶＨ 组） 进行平均（１０ ±４ ．６） 年的临床观察，并以同期无左室肥厚的心血管疾病患者（ ＮＬＶＨ 组）４８８ 例作对照。结果 ＬＶＨ 组心脏事件总发生率为７６ ．４６ ％ ，较ＮＬＶＨ 组３９ ．３４ ％ 显著增高（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；心脏事件的发生率和随诊时间、左室肥厚程度相关（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，并且老年组高于非老年组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论 左室肥厚的程度和心脏事件的发生有密切关系，在心血管疾病的治疗中应重视对ＬＶＨ

Objective To investigate the correlation of left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac accident.Methods The dates of clinical observation for mean (10±4.6) years of 684 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy(group LVH) were done and compared with 488 cases of cardiovascular diseases without left ventricular hypertrophy (group NLVH) at the same period. Results The dates showed that the total incidence of cardiac accident of group LVH was 76.46% and that of group NLVH was 39.34%( P <0.01).in addition, the morbidity of cardiogenic sudden-death, arrhythmias, acute myocardial infarction and heart failure were also higher obviously in group LVH than group NLVH( P <0.01, P <0.05),and the incidence of cardiac accident was correlated to the time of follow-up and the severity of LVH( P <0.01),and was higher markedly in aged patients(<60 years old)( P <0.01). Conclusion These results indicated that the incident strongly correlated with the severity of LVH, thus, more attention should be paid to LVH in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
