含镁极化液治疗脑出血临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effects of magnesiar polarized Liquid in treating cerebral hemorrhage

目的 研究含镁极化液在脑出血治疗中的作用。方法 将５８ 例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组３０ 例，２８ 例未应用含镁极化液治疗的为对照组，观察治疗前后头颅ＣＴ、神经功能缺损评分、血清镁水平的变化。结果 治疗后患者临床症状明显改善，出血吸收加速，死亡率降低及血清镁水平升高（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。结论 在治疗脑出血时，应用含镁极化液是安全有效的。

Objectives To observe clinical effects of Magnesiar Polarized Liquid(MPL) in treating cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 30 patients which treated with MPL were randomly divided into treated group and 28 patients not used MPL into control group.Before and after treatment,the scale of Neurological Parameters were determined for function assessment and the level of Serum Magnesia was measured.Results After MPL treatment,patients conditions improved dramatically,and the absorption of blood increased,the lever of Serum Magnesia elevated markedly,the rate of death induced (P<0.05).Conclusions In treating cerebral hemorrhage,using MPL is effective and safe.
