透明质酸注射填充鼻唇沟后致鼻翼浅层坏死一例的治疗效果 被引量：18

摘要 透明质酸（hyaluronic acid,HA）被认为是安全的皮肤美容充填剂,美容外科已广泛应用.随着HA临床应用资料的不断积累,并发症的报道也随之逐渐增多.常见并发症主要包括局部不良反应、注射针眼红肿、局部硬化、出现小结、轻微瘙痒、瘀血紫斑、皮下持续小硬结、异物肉芽肿以及过敏反应和迟发性免疫反应.而最为严重的并发症是将HA误注入血管内,或持续压迫血管,导致局部皮肤缺血浅层坏死[12-17].我们收治1例注射HA填充鼻唇沟致鼻翼表浅坏死,现报告如下.
