基于DEA的中国区域廉租房制度效率评价研究

Research on Chinese Regional Cheap Rent Housing System Efficiency Evaluation Based on DEA

笔者利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对我国各地区廉租房制度的运行效率进行了评价。实证结果表明,廉租房制度效率低下的原因不能仅归咎于投入不足,而是资金配置不合理所造成的。据此,各地区在廉租房制度建设中,应结合当地的实际情况,通过调整廉租房制度不同分配形式的比例来解决低收入家庭的住房问题,以提高廉租房制度的运行效率。

This paper evaluates the execution efficiency of Cheap Rent Housing System in China by the method of DEA（Data envelopment analysis）.The demonstration results show that the low execution efficiency of Cheap Rent Housing System not only because insufficient investment,but also reason from deploy funds irrationality.Hereby,we should related to reality and solving the housing problem of low income family in different assign formal of Cheap Rent Housing System,and then we can improve the execution efficiency of Cheap Rent Housing System.
